Close to Martello Beach, Pevensey Bay is an old fishing village with the added attraction of nearby Pevensey Castle.

This area is steeped in history, being the site of the Norman invasion. Hastings is close by with its own castle and an array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Nearby Bexhill –on-Sea is also waiting to be discovered, it has charming Victorian and Edwardian architecture making it a very attractive, traditional, unspoilt resort.
